All Classes
Report cards were mailed out on Wednesday. If you have not received one yet, call the office to double check.
All Students Should Be Reading at least 15 minutes EVERY day.
I have an In-Service in Victoria on Monday. Students will be reading the story, "Aunt Millicent" by Mary Steele beginning on page 715 in their Literature books. They will be given questions after listening to a taped version of the story.
LA 1 and LA 7
We worked with Unit 13 Spelling words last week. This week we will work with Unit 14 "Endings and Suffixes" Students should concentrate on whether to drop the e before adding an ending or do nothing before adding it.
LA 4
This group should be studying Unit 6 from Vocabulary Workshop. We have focused on the nouns, verbs, and adjectives so far. This week we will look closely at the words that can be more than one part of speech.
